A channel per ticket

Every ticket is a private channel that only the member and your staff can see. Staff reply in Discord, where the member already is.

The dashboard lists every ticket, with views for what is open, what still needs a first reply, what is pending and what is closed.

Closing a ticket deletes its channel and saves a transcript. What is kept, and for how long, is under Transcripts.
