How it works

Short articles TicketCrew can offer before a ticket opens. When a member's words match an article closely enough, they see it first and can still open the ticket if it did not help. A server can hold up to 1,000 articles.

How close a match must be is set in Settings. How often an article answers the question before a ticket opens shows in Analytics.
