See every ticket, reply and close, and read transcripts.

Manager roles

Everything staff can do, plus panels and bulk actions.

Choosing the roles

Roles are chosen under Settings → Staff access, or while building a panel. Each kind of ticket can let in its own roles, so recruiters see applications and moderators see reports.
